Have you ever wanted your “other” people to communicate using some of the same persuasive verbal and non-verbals as your top people?  Do your “other” people and your top people want to improve the results they are getting?

State of Mind Coaching & Training reverse engineers the persuasive communication skills of your top people and re-engineers (i.e. trains) these skills to your “other” people.

When we do this, several natural learning tendencies kick in gear.  The most advantageous one is leveraging the power of peer to peer learning.  Facilitating this happening is an absolute neccesity.  Team members rarely can or will do this on their own, effectively.

Even if some of the skills discovered are obvious, most are elusive until properly trained.
