This is a humorous example of the use of punctuation ambiguity.  “And then,” can be used to connect sentences together, never-endingly, as you’ll see, in this video, the the Chinese lady is forcing the continuation of an order, and doing what, in most conversations, or speeches (see the Obama-McCain debates,) would be useful in controlling a conversation, maintaining attention, and/or building rapport, which is, by the way, a very cunning, and natural way we communicate, whether we do it purposefully, or not.
